Machining
C.N.C. and manually tuned, milled, ground, drilled and tapped parts in all materials and finishes

Fabrication
C.N.C. and manually pressed, rolled, punched, nibbles, laser cut parts, and m.i.g, arc and gas welded assemblies.

Consultancy

Past projects include assisting customes in the design, re-enginerring and manufacturing of parts, components and assemblies of machines and fabricated items.

For example, the production of patterns and sourcing of low volume casting in aluminium, bronze, iron and steel, and achieving a reduction in machining operations by the change from flame cut to laser cut components. We have also carried out pricing exercises for a number of clients, obtaining cost comparisons from potential alternative suppliers and helping to reduce prices with existing sources.
